Business Systems Analyst

Come join our growing team; we have a vacancy for a Business Systems Analyst at NTT Com MS. The Business Systems Analyst defines end-to-end business processes, supports the implementation team and ensures functional documentation of developed solutions.

Job Role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define end-to-end business processes (in collaboration with other business analysts from related solutions)
  • Own, manage and prioritize the product backlog for different tooling landscape (Service NOW, integration services, automation, new product certification process)
  • Ensure requirements impacts on business processes are evaluated
  • Challenges Business stakeholders in improving existing business processes through experience and monitoring of best practices
  • Assume primary ownership in developing comprehensive requirement specifications that will determine the estimate of time and resources to deploy solutions
  • Act as product owner of the delivered service establishing priorities, and ensuring that backlog is properly managed and communicated to the teams
  • Liaise with the development, architecture team or third-parties acting as single point of contact for functional topics
  • Support development team by answering functional questions and by ensuring through a review of the functional impacts of technical decisions
  • Ensure end to end functional integration of operations tool landscape environment (Service NOW, monitoring tools, Automation) and any internal/external system used to manage our clients
  • Support Solution Lead in identifying risks & issues, as well as improvement opportunities

Technical Skills:

  • Experience of analysing and breaking down problems and information using structured frameworks and methodologies
  • Good ITIL process knowledge and Service Design experience
  • Demonstrated System Analyst Experience
  • 3+ years of Experience in Service NOW consultant or in the development/customization of backend tools (automation, monitoring, systems integration) tools development
  • Experience working in Agile Development teams (like SCRUM)
  • Good technical background
